April/2014 – Project Funded.  We are delighted to secure operating funding from the National Science and Engineering Council of Canada (NSERC; $29,000/year x 5 years) to pursue polymeric materials for gene delivery. Dr. Uludag is the Principal Investigator for this project. We highly value this investment from a federal agency and will use the funds to develop unique materials for therapeutic purposes.
