Congrats to Aysha Ansari for NSERC Studentship

March/2018. We are delighted to learn that our lab member Aysha Ansari has been recognised with a Alexander Graham Bell Canada Graduate Scholarship-Doctoral (CGS D) by NSERC. The prestigious CGS D program allows excellent students to pursue doctoral studies in Canada in order to ensure a reliable supply of highly qualified personnel to meet the needs of Canada’s knowledge economy. Aysha has been speedily progressing in her PhD studies, handling her course work exceptionally well, carrying our her research activities and presenting her results in scientific meetings, as well as engaging the biomaterials community through the involvement in Alberta Student Chapter of Canadian Biomaterials Society. With this recognition, she is bound to excel in all these facets her PhD program. We are lucky to have her around!
