Sept/2019. To no one’s surprise, Bindu defended her PhD research work exceptionally well. Bindu has undertaken a very successful PhD project, exploring various ‘gene’ based approaches to breast cancer therapy using speciality non-viral vectors. Her work spanned pDNA, siRNA and mRNA delivery to implement complementary therapies for this deadly disease. She made fundamental contributions to the field and her contributions will be remembered for a long time at the Uludag Lab. We wish Bindu best of luck in her future endeavors as a researcher.
