April/2018. We are delighted to secure funding from the NSERC ENGAGE program to explore a new project to develop improved diagnostic assays. Complementary funding was additionally provided by the CASBE program of theAlberta Innovates. Our industrial partner is Acquila Diagnostics (www.aquiladiagnostics.com), an Edmonton-based company developing point-of-care diagnostics for a wide range of diseases and we are working closely with Dr. Jason Ackers on this project.
