April/2013 – We are delighted to secure equipment funding from the National Science and Engineering Council of Canada (NSERC; $80,000/year) to purchase a digital PCR instrument. Dr. Uludag along with Dr. Larry Unsworth, Dr. Tian Tang, Dr. Afsaneh Lavasanifar, and Dr. Hicham Fenniri are co-investigators for this project. We highly value this investment from a federal agency and will use the instrument to gain a unique glimpse into biological events one molecule at a time.
