March/2017 – Congratulations to Eleni Tsekoura. Eleni successfully passed her Ph.D. Candidacy Exam at the Department of Chemical & Materials Engineering. Eleni is conducting a series of studies on gene delivery to mesenchymal stem cells in order to enhance their osteogenic features. She is developing a unique insight into gene-based therapies for bone diseases and, with passing of this important milestone, she can focus on her program and make unique contributions to our research endeavor.
